Real Estate Investment in Dubai
Invest in the emirate of luxury
A dynamic, tax-free market
Dubai has established itself as one of the world's most profitable property markets: zero income and capital-gains tax, with gross rental yields that routinely exceed 6%.
Demand keeps rising, driven by luxury tourism, a fast-growing international community and the 10-year Golden Visa granted to property owners.

Foreigners can buy freehold in Dubai's designated freehold areas, which include most of the residential districts investors look for. The UAE has no personal income tax, although you may need to declare the income in your country of residence.
Golden Visa through property
If you own one or more properties with a total value of at least AED 2,000,000, you can apply for the 10-year golden residence (Golden Visa), according to Dubai's General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs:
- The value must be certified by the Dubai Land Department.
- Mortgaged and jointly owned properties are accepted, if your share reaches AED 2,000,000.
- The property cannot be sold while the residence permit is valid.
- It can be renewed for another 10 years if the conditions are still met.
